Open invitation to all Second Jefferson Green Owners & Residents

The Board would like to encourage all residents to attend the meetings as they are open to all and this is a good opportunity to get to know the Board and keep abreast of the issues affecting us all.

Board Member Needed

The board is still short one (1) member. Anyone interested in the position please contact the Board or attend a meeting to express your interest.

Resident Tips

1. Make sure garbage and recycling items are put in the appropriate dumpsters.  Enclosed with the newsletter is a list of recyclable and non-recyclable items.
2. Pick up after your pets; help out the HOA and report those who don’t.
3. Follow the rules at the pool and report those who don’t.  Please call the police, if necessary, to ensure the safety and security of SJG residents.
4. Be considerate of your neighbors and be sure guests park in the space marked with your unit number on it; and park all other vehicles on the street.
5. Please feel free to contact BRC with any questions or concerns about the community.  For the safety and security of all SJG residents, please report violations and infractions of the rules to BRC immediately.
6. Please put away your snow shovels until needed in the fall and winter.

Please Recycle

Please do your part for the environment and recycle as much as possible. A list of acceptable items for recycling is as follows:

1. Flattened Cardboard
2. Magazines
3. Office Paper
4. Junk Mail
5. Phone Books
6. Paperboard
7. Brown Paper Bags
8. Newspapers
9. Plastic Bottles
10. Glass Bottles & Jars
11. Aluminum Cans, Aluminum Foil & Pie Tins
12. Steel Cans & Empty Aerosol Cans

Do Not Recycle

The following are not to be placed in the WHITE dumpster:

1. Plastic Bags (accepted at King Soopers, etc.)
2. Plastic Tubs
3. Oil (accepted at Jiffy Lube, Grease Monkey, etc.)

New Location for Board Meetings

All future meetings will be held in Adult Classroom #2 at the Bear Creek Church (3101 S Kipling St) at 6:30 PM. The entrance to the meeting room is on the west side of the building. All are welcome.
